Support belongs to a publisher
Match the exact app package, then use its verified developer-contact record. Keep account and payment secrets private.
Find the right publisher first
- Identify the exact Android package and developer in a verified store record.
- Open the support or developer-contact section of that record.
- Compare the support domain with the publisher’s website and privacy policy.
- Use that channel directly; do not trust a phone number solely because it appears in a search result.
- If the app identity remains unresolved, do not share account information.
What to include in a useful report
| Include | Keep private |
|---|---|
| App title, package and version | Password and login codes |
| Device model and Android version | OTP and UPI PIN |
| Exact error and approximate time | Full payment credentials |
| Steps that reproduce the problem | Unredacted identity documents in public chat |
| A redacted transaction reference if relevant | Remote-control access to your device |
Do not post sensitive account details in public comments, forums or a third-party guide’s contact form. Keep evidence for the verified service and relevant payment provider.
Common problems need different routes
For an installation error, record the Android message and review APK installation checks. For a missing account after switching phones, first confirm that you installed the same service and used a supported login method. Similar titles do not imply shared accounts.
For a suspected unauthorised transaction, use your bank or payment provider’s official channel. Do not wait for an unknown “agent” to request an advance fee before protecting an account.
What this site handles
TeenPattiMasterStore is an independent guide. It cannot access app accounts, reverse payments, recover passwords or approve withdrawals. Our contact page explains how to identify an editorial error. No live editorial mailbox or contact form has been configured in this website edition.
For a Gold-specific query, the Gold guide links to the current publisher record. For Star versus Stars confusion, use the identity worksheet before choosing a support channel.
Recognise impersonation
A caller who asks for an OTP, PIN or a remote-access installation has not established authority by using an app logo. Stop sharing secrets and independently reopen the verified support channel. A refund promise does not justify surrendering control of a device.
A publisher-specific contact example
The identified Moonfrog Gold store description lists [email protected]. Reopen the same package’s Google Play record ↗ to confirm that the current developer-contact section still matches before sending a report. That address is for the separate Gold publisher, not a general Master, Star or website support mailbox.
A useful subject line names the exact app, version and symptom: for example, “Android installation error after update — package [your app package]”. Keep passwords, full payment details and identity documents out of the initial message.
Account problem or installer problem?
An Android error belongs in the six-symptom installer guide. An account issue needs the exact publisher’s recovery route. The app-name directory helps separate similarly named services.
